This policy describes the public HyperObserve website. It does not cover third-party sites linked from our pages.
Data processed by tools and search
Calculators, the error decoder, and search run in your browser from data shipped with the site. HyperObserve does not intentionally transmit the text or numbers you enter to a calculation service. Do not paste secrets or personal data into any tool.
Analytics
The codebase supports privacy-conscious, aggregate product analytics when an analytics provider is configured. Events are designed around page families and actions rather than the raw contents of tool inputs or search text. A deployment operator must update this policy before enabling technology that collects more data.
Contact and corrections
The contact and correction forms prepare a message in your email application. HyperObserve receives the information only when you send that email. Email providers may process the message under their own terms, and we may retain correspondence as needed to respond, document a correction, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
Local storage and cookies
The selected light or dark theme is stored in your browser using local storage. HyperObserve does not require an account. The base site does not set advertising cookies; advertising slots remain disabled until a separately reviewed implementation and consent approach are configured where required.
Server logs
Hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic information to operate and secure the site. Retention depends on the configured hosting provider.
Your choices
You can clear local storage in browser settings, block optional analytics using browser controls where available, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information contained in correspondence, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs.
