For security issues, do not include exploit details, credentials, private URLs, customer payloads, or personal information in an initial message. Write to hello@hyperobserve.com with “Security” in the subject and provide a safe summary, affected HyperObserve surface, and a way to coordinate disclosure.
What to include
- The HyperObserve URL or feature your message concerns.
- The type of request and the outcome you are seeking.
- A concise reproduction path for accessibility or interface problems, including browser and device when relevant.
- Links to public evidence instead of pasted confidential material.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed as capacity allows and are not an emergency support channel. HyperObserve cannot access third-party accounts, logs, quotas, billing consoles, deployments, databases, or provider support cases. For an active incident, contact the affected platform and follow its official status and support process.
